Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system or similar technology. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while adhering to food safety standards. Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests to enhance their dining experience. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables while providing attentive service. Requirements Previous experience in food service or as a Server is preferred but not required. Strong math skills for handling payments and making change. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, particularly in settings such as nightclubs or high-volume restaurants. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with guests positively. A team player who can work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow servers.
