Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring presentation standards are met Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash and credit card payments with precision Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and assisting in food handling as needed Support food safety protocols by following proper food preparation, storage, and sanitation procedures Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse situations professionally Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service standards Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Join us to be part of an energetic team that thrives on delivering memorable experiences!
