Server/Waiter/Waitress

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
• Present menus and take orders
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Knowledge of basic math for handling payments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or similar software is a plus
• Experience with reservation platforms such as OpenTable is advantageous
• Understanding of kitchen operations to accurately describe menu items
