Job Description
Primary purpose of the Buffet Food Server is to deliver beverages and practice good table maintenance. Because of the high volume it is important to keep tables clear of used plates so that when the guests leave the table can be cleaned and reset quickly to accommodate the next guests. Excellent internal/external guest service; Greet the guests and take their beverage order immediately upon arrival; Constantly circulate within your section to remove used plates and keep beverages full; Keep plates removed and get ready for the next guests as they arrive; Be involved in the general cleanliness of your section and service areas; All side work as assigned; Ability to work all areas of FOH including hostess and cashiering; Other reasonable duties as assigned.
