Non-Medical Caregiver Position Summary:

Care4All Caregivers is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care services to seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. Our caregivers help clients maintain their independence, safety, and quality of life while remaining in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene. Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary. Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, dishes, and tidying living areas. Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities. Remind clients to take medications as directed (no medication administration). Monitor and report changes in client condition or concerns to the office. Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Current auto insurance. Ability to pass a background check. Compassionate, patient, and dependable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, push, pull, or transfer up to 25 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist clients throughout the shift.
