Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage cash handling, cashiering, and openTable reservations with precision and professionalism Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during food handling and service Assist with bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to maintain smooth operations Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings Strong knowledge of POS systems including Toast POS, Touch BistroPOS, and OpenTable for reservations management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest relations Culinary experience or background in food preparation is a plus for understanding menu items and ingredients Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience with host/hostess duties, bussing tables, or serving in nightclub atmospheres is advantageous Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order calculations Strong communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and guest services team Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm fuels memorable dining experiences!
