Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items and beverage options to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Manage cash handling accurately, process payments securely, and provide correct change using POS systems Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery while managing guest relations with professionalism and enthusiasm Experience Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale bars Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Demonstrated ability in beverage service including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits experience, and drink presentation Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining efficiency during busy periods Experience with food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Proven time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
