EXPERIENCED

Cocktail Waitress to join our team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate will have a big personality and comfortable talking to guests.

• Must be able to do the bottle walk/dance for bottle service.
• Must have physical aesthetic for night life.
• Must be comfortable working in the night life.
• As a Cocktail Waitress, you will be responsible for providing guests with a great experience.

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience. Take beverage orders accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Upsell beverages and menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Prepare and serve drinks according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Assist with food preparation as needed, showcasing culinary knowledge when applicable. Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly. Support bussing duties as required to maintain a clean dining environment. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments. Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, OpenTable, or similar systems is advantageous. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy atmosphere. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality. Knowledge of food handling, preparation, sanitation practices, and food safety standards is essential. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling are required.
