Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, providing a friendly and professional first impression Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and attention to detail Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality in both casual and fine dining settings Process cash, credit card, and other sales transactions accurately while handling cash safely and responsibly Upsell menu items including specialty cocktails, wines, spirits, or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables promptly, resetting for new guests, and adhering to food safety protocols Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering positive guest relations Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of hospitality principles Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques including drink presentation Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours without compromising service quality Excellent communication skills for engaging with guests confidently and professionally Ability to perform basic math accurately for processing payments and calculating bills Culinary experience or kitchen familiarity is advantageous for understanding food preparation processes Commitment to food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Join us as a Server and become an integral part of creating lively dining experiences filled with energy, exceptional service, and memorable moments!
