As a vital link between the kitchen and the customer, you will deliver exceptional service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained, and foster a welcoming atmosphere. Your culinary knowledge, beverage expertise, and sales skills will contribute to the vibrant energy of our restaurant. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring quick processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, demonstrating beverage service expertise Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Proficiency with POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience in serving or host/hostess roles is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to delivering outstanding hospitality.
