In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable dining moments, fostering a lively atmosphere where guests want to return again and again. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items to enhance guest experiences and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas including tables, bar, and service stations Assist with food handling, prep, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Requirements Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is beneficial Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and handling sales transactions Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Experience in food industry roles such as host/hostess, cashiering, or bussing is advantageous Join us to be part of a team that values hospitality excellence!
