Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food preparation to meet safety standards Support bussing and cleanup efforts to maintain a clean, organized dining area at all times Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant settings, including serving or host/hostess roles Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and order accuracy Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus for understanding food preparation processes Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to collaborate seamlessly with staff Join us in delivering outstanding guest experiences!
