REQUIREMENTS

Provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to guests in a high-energy sports bar environment. Take food and beverage orders, relay them to the kitchen/bar, and ensure correct delivery to the right table. Check on guests throughout their visit and promptly address questions, requests, or concerns. Maintain clean and organized tables, servers stations, and dining areas throughout each shift. Follow Buffalo Wild Wings service standards, safety procedures, and responsible alcohol service policies. Accurately handle cash and card payments, run tabs, and manage transactions according to store guidelines. Work effectively with teammates and communicate clearly with kitchen and bar staff to keep orders moving. Be able to work flexible full-time or part-time shifts, including evenings, weekends, and game days. Demonstrate professionalism, positivity, and great teamwork while supporting a fun guest experience. Lift, carry, and maneuver food and beverage items safely while standing and walking for extended periods.
