Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runners and Bussers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Food Runners and Bussers play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a great dining experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Duties Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Ensure that all orders are complete and presented beautifully before serving to guests. Assist servers in managing the flow of food service during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of meals. Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing excellent customer service at all times. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Help with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels for food service items. Skills Proficient in food handling practices to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage service is a plus. Strong background in food preparation techniques is desirable. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor to enhance guest experiences. Familiarity with restaurant operations, including catering services, is beneficial. Experience using POS systems for order management is an advantage. Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Previous experience in food service or cash register operation is preferred.
