Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all requests are communicated to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food handling and safety standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Assist in the preparation of food items as needed, ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, chairs, and other surfaces between guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns or special requests. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tables while providing attentive service. Experience Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures is essential. Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
