Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our guest experience! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring quick and correct entry Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, adhere to food safety protocols, and ensure proper sanitation practices are followed Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for cashiering tasks Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures Experience with food handling, preparation support, or kitchen experience is a plus Host/hostess experience or serving background is beneficial for guest relations roles Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment Join us to be part of an energetic team where your enthusiasm makes every guest's experience extraordinary!
