Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring clarity and precision Serve food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and maximize sales opportunities Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, handling cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations Assist guests with special requests or dietary needs related to food handling or allergy considerations Support team members during busy hours by providing excellent guest relations and ensuring smooth service flow Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments enhances your ability to handle diverse guest expectations Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service is a plus Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm makes every guest feel valued!
