Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring proper processing of sales transactions Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktail and spirits service, while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Upsell menu items, wine selections, and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Skills Extensive knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for seamless order entry and transaction processing Proven experience in food service environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings with beverage expertise in spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink service Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and handle diverse needs effectively Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours without compromising quality of service Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and sales transactions Culinary experience or food industry background preferred to better understand menu items and food safety standards Knowledge of sanitation practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol regulations to ensure compliance at all times Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your enthusiasm for hospitality shines!
