SERVER OVERVIEW

Greet all guests warmly, provide menus, clearly communicate restaurant specials and answer questions about menu items Learn and maintain knowledge of our diverse menu to effectively communicate all ingredients to guests Deliver a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly Collaborating with the kitchen and bar staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders Prepares and delivers checks to guests at table and accepts and processes payment Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers and keeping the dining area neat and pleasant Able to stand for long periods of time Maintains professional relationships with all coworkers Maintains a professional appearance in accordance with company standards and expectations Performs other duties as assigned by Food and Beverage management.

RESTAURANT SERVER MUSTS

Possess knowledge of the hospitality industry and customer service Be 18 years of age or older. Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Be able to lift 50+ lbs. Be able to speak, read, and write in English. Be able to work standing for 8+ hours. Be flexible in scheduling with the ability to work weekends and holidays. Have a ServeSafe or Food Handler's certification (or be able to attain it).
