Job Overview We at the Celtic Cowboy are looking for experienced, hospitality driven servers to join our team. We are a strong team-oriented Irish pub where strong service, communication, and helping each other matters. Our servers have the opportunity to build a loyal guest following and make excellent tips. We are looking for servers who are confident with guests, comfortable in a fast paced environment, and able to balance independence with teamwork. Previous serving experience is strongly preferred. For those interested in bartending, there is opportunity to cross train and move behind the bar based on experience and performance. Our bar program includes craft cocktails, a large whiskey selection, local spirits, rotating seasonal menus and 30 craft beer taps. The Celtic Cowboy is an Irish-inspired pub in an historic downtown building called the Arvon Block. It is co-located with the Hotel Arvon a 33-room boutique hotel.
