Overview In this dynamic role, you will deliver beverage and food service in a lively environment. Duties Take accurate drink orders from guests, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of presentation. Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems including cash handling and credit card processing. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all beverage stations, adhering to food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures. Engage with guests to foster positive relationships. Qualifications Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine varieties, and beverage presentation techniques is a plus. Familiarity with Toast POS systems is a plus. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Demonstrated time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
