Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that each patron has an enjoyable and memorable dining experience. Your ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and maintain a positive attitude will be key to your success in this role. Pay is $14.00-$15.00 DOE plus TIPS. Hiring immediately. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using a POS system, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments through cash register systems. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, striving to enhance their overall dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Stay informed about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests. Requirements Previous experience in the food service or fine dining industry is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
