As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and guest services by delivering food and beverages promptly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the restaurant industry, possess excellent time management skills, and excel in providing top-notch service to enhance the dining experience for our guests.Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems effectively
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation
- Uphold food safety standards and regulations at all times
- Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials to guests
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic knowledge of kitchen operations
- Understanding of food safety principles and practices
