Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously
• Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems effectively
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation
• Uphold food safety standards and regulations at all times
• Provide recommendations on menu items and upsell specials to guests

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures
• Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic knowledge of kitchen operations
• Understanding of food safety principles and practices
