As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking orders accurately, and providing menu recommendations. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take customer orders accurately using Aloha POS. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and preparation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. Process payments accurately through cash handling and basic math skills. Skills Previous serving experience is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently. Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
