Responsibilities Efficiently deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to tables or designated areas, adhering to safe lifting practices and handling procedures Assist with bussing tables by clearing dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly to maintain a clean dining environment Support kitchen staff with basic food handling, preparation, and heavy lifting tasks as needed Maintain cleanliness of service stations, dining areas, and back-of-house spaces through regular cleaning and organization Communicate effectively with team members using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate order delivery and guest satisfaction Provide in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and addressing guest needs professionally Support banquet or event setups by assisting with food running, setup, and breakdown activities to ensure smooth event flow Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments is highly preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting safely and efficiently Strong communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and serve guests effectively Experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in energetic environments, and want to contribute to creating exceptional guest experiences!
