Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Server to join our team at this restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for attending to our customers and a flexible work schedule. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service while ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the HonorPOS system. Provide recommendations on menu items and assist guests with any dietary restrictions or preferences. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring that all orders are delivered correctly and timely. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure clear specifications for any modifications of orders. Uphold food handling standards to ensure the safety and quality of all menu items. Ensure all side work is done accordingly and collaborate effectively with other waitresses. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with an ability to engage effectively with guests. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is advantageous. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role. Long-term stay at this job is preferred instead of just summertime.
