Job Description
A Bar Server is responsible for serving food and beverages to guests while delivering excellent customer service. They ensure a welcoming atmosphere, maintain cleanliness, and comply with all safety and legal regulations governing alcohol service. Key Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Take drink and food orders accurately Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes and standards Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, equipment, and glassware Process payments (cash, card, POS system) Monitor customer behavior and prevent over-intoxication Follow health, safety, and alcohol regulations Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth service
