• Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and attention to detail. Serve food and drinks efficiently, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Process sales transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, or digital payments with precision. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Foster positive guest relations through attentive service, addressing questions or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Requirements Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred. Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor. Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while multitasking between serving tables and processing transactions. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and calculating bills or tips. Culinary knowledge including food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety standards. Experience in upselling menu items and promoting specials to enhance guest experiences. Excellent communication skills along with a professional appearance and attitude.
