The primary purpose of this position is to perform services to residents, guests, and team members in all venues throughout Independent Living. What you'll do: Responsible for organization set-up and closing of dining venues Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events and functions Assist in the interviewing process of applicants and training of new team members Ensure meal orders are correct, delivered and/or picked up on time Plan Meal service assignments/sections/ tables for servers Assists with maintaining point-of-sales and digital display systems within all venues throughout Independent Living Maintain polite and courteous disposition with residents and staff What you'll need: 3-5 Years of hospitality experience Dining experience in a retirement community, restaurant or hotel (preferred) High School or GED Equivalent (Required)
