Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and bar team Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and special dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately, process sales using POS systems, and manage open/close cash registers with integrity Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations by bussing tables and assisting with sanitation protocols Offer knowledgeable recommendations on wine pairings, cocktail options, and menu items to elevate the guest experience Requirements Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred, especially in fine dining environments Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Demonstrated ability in customer service with excellent communication skills and guest relations aptitude Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organization skills Experience with wine knowledge, spirits, cocktail preparation, and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently A positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and providing memorable guest experiences Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your energy makes a difference!
