Server/Waiter

• Overview:

• We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Servers are also responsible to help answer phones and take orders.

• Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver orders promptly and adhere to quality standards
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

• Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer personalities
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Basic math skills for processing payments accurately
• Willingness to assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed
