Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS Serve food and drinks promptly, including cocktail and spirits service, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments, while maintaining accuracy in math calculations Upsell menu items like wines, cocktails, or specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant setting, or hospitality environments Knowledge of Toast POS is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and handle guest relations professionally Knowledge of wine, spirits and beer Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
