Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating and optimize table turnover Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively Familiarity with food handling, sanitation standards, and basic math for cash handling and bill splitting Experience with guest services platforms like OpenTable for reservations management Knowledge of food industry terminology and culinary processes; culinary or kitchen experience is a plus Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Strong communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and guests Join us in creating extraordinary dining experiences where hospitality meets excellence!
