Job Summary The Food Service Runner is responsible for ensuring that club food is delivered to club guests in a timely and polite manner. Job Responsibilities Essential Job Duties Communicate and collaborate with servers, kitchen team members, and all CRVA staff. Serve guests in a timely and professional manner. Must adhere to CRVA policies and procedures. Must possess a professional appearance and demeanor. Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may consist of nights, weekends and/or holidays. Maintain positive client and customer relations. Other duties as requested. Consistently deliver the best in customer service. Model and be accountable ensuring the customers are always put first by living the CRVA Service Philosophy to deliver memorable customer experiences Champion CRVA's mission, vision and core values and comply with organizations policies and procedures. Scope of Responsibility Works as a team player with club servers to provide a quality customer experience. Supervisory Responsibility No Supervisory responsibility Education and Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or one-year related experience and/or training. Physical Demands The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 65 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk. Work Environment The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
