Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing and serving beverages to guests
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for the purchase of alcohol
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and cash handling
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients, calculating tabs, and providing change accurately
