Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit. Serve food and drinks efficiently, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. Process sales transactions smoothly while handling cash and credit card payments securely. Upsell menu items such as specialty drinks or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Assist with food handling and preparation when needed, following all food safety protocols. Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation. Excellent customer service skills with an ability to connect with diverse guests from around the world. Good math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing tabs efficiently. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
