Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing sales transactions efficiently Serve food and drinks with precision, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and service Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities by recommending specials or pairing suggestions Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently upheld during food handling, serving, and cleanup processes Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments swiftly and securely Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations Requirements Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is advantageous Strong knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle guest inquiries professionally Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and handling cash confidently Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Server and bring your passion for hospitality to life!
