Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus, make recommendations, and take food and beverage orders
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction with their meals
• Process payments and issue receipts

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks

Skills:

• Math skills for processing payments
• Experience with POS system is a plus
• Understanding of food safety protocols
• Hospitality mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in food handling procedures
