Triangle Responsibilities:

Greeting guests promptly and courteously Serving wine flights, glasses, cocktails and food. Describing wines, winemaking techniques, history and/or general information about our food and wine selections on our rotating monthly menu. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of food items and assist guests in navigating allergies and dietary restrictions. Keep up with running sidework, daily cleaning tasks and completing the closing checklist. Taking orders, inputting orders in a POS - handle routine purchasing transactions Stocking wine, other inventory and glassesware Promote the sale of wine and non-wine products sold by The Wine Feed Maintain guest relationships Work in a team environment and be flexible in navigating shifting daily tasks.

Minimum of 21 years of age Excellent written and verbal communication skills and knowledge of basic computer programs Wine industry, food-service, or hospitality experience preferred Knowledge of and appreciation of wine strongly preferred, along with a strong desire to learn more! Enthusiastic, self-motivated, friendly and outgoing Ability to thrive in a team environment Detail oriented and organized Hard-working and able to work at a fast pace High integrity and trustworthiness; sense of responsibility and accountability Must demonstrate professional phone and business etiquette Customer service driven Willing to take initiative Availability for scheduling Wednesday - Sunday required Open to working on-site/off-site special events if needed Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs (1 case of wine) This position reports directly to the
