Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant food service team. As a Server, you will be the friendly face that enhances our guests' dining experience by providing exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately, and delivering food with enthusiasm. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and completeness Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage cash handling, billing, and cashiering duties accurately at the end of each shift Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation protocols Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while multitasking efficiently Familiarity with food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not required; a passion for food industry work is essential Strong communication skills and guest relations abilities to create positive dining experiences Join our team if you're ready to bring energy, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality to an exciting restaurant environment.
