We are looking for experienced and passionate SERVERS (full and part time positions available) to join our FOH staff team. Here's what you do …. Knowledge and ability to recite and explain the menu Follow the Steps of Service with each guest Demonstrate outstanding hospitality and service throughout each shift with guests, managers, and team members Engage in teamwork Follows all sanitation and safety policies Performs other duties as assigned by management Maintains a safe working environment and report any safety issues to management immediately Intermediate knowledge of craft beers is a major plus Maintains valid eTIPS and/ or RAST certifications Advises Management Team Members of any non-routine situations/issues Qualifications respectful and hospitable to everyone motivated and have a high energy level but maintain a calm and friendly demeanor guest-oriented and always demonstrate a desire to be of service organized able to excel in high pressure environments able to follow written and verbal instructions able to recognize common signs of intoxication and know how to address the situation available to a variety of opens, swings, and closes including weekends and holidays Must be 18 years old

You create your own salary by the volume of tips YOU earn through your service but Mac's offers a living wage of $12/hour inclusive of tips 50% discount on food and clothing apparel Employee Referral Bonus Participation in Health Insurance Programs if employed 1 continuous year and average 25 Hours or more each week.
