Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast POS ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to uphold health standards Support with bussing tables, resetting stations, and maintaining a clean dining environment Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables during busy hours Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience beneficial but not necessary.
