Server

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Deliver orders to tables and ensure guest satisfaction
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues
• Upsell menu items and promote specials
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workstations
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting for the next guests
• Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of food

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the food industry or food service preferred
• Strong cash handling skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Ability to work well in a team and provide exceptional guest relations
• Must be customer service-oriented and have a positive attitude
