Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Duties Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while adhering to restaurant standards. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service. Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Assist with other restaurant tasks as needed, including helping fellow team members during busy periods. Experience Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. A passion for hospitality and helping others create memorable experiences.
