Rolling Hills Country Club is seeking friendly, professional, and service-oriented Servers to join our Food & Beverage team. Servers are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience to members and guests in both daily club operations and special events. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive and courteous food and beverage service to members and guests Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and club offerings Assist with setup, service, and breakdown of dining rooms and event spaces Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations Work closely with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations Uphold club standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred, but not required Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events Team-oriented with a positive and dependable attitude Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift trays or service items as needed Rolling Hills Country Club offers a welcoming team environment and opportunities to grow within our hospitality operation.
