Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems. Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages. Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash safely Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables and assisting with food handling and preparation as needed Support the team with opening or closing duties, including setting up stations and restocking supplies Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Assist in guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders in a fine dining setting Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Ability to process sales transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly Basic math skills for bill calculations and change handling Experience in food safety practices and sanitation standards within the food industry Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences!
