Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus, and provide detailed descriptions of menu items including wine, spirits, and specialty cocktails Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process sales transactions efficiently Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality and guest satisfaction Upsell menu items including premium spirits, wine pairings, or special dishes to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling procedures Assist with opening or closing duties such as setting up tables, restocking supplies, or cleaning workstations Foster positive guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining settings or high-volume venues Strong knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques including OpenTable reservations management Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing sales accurately Food safety certification and understanding of sanitation protocols required for food handling roles Experience with upselling techniques to increase sales while enhancing guest satisfaction Familiarity with food industry standards such as food preparation, serving etiquette, bussing, and guest relations Join us as a Server to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
