Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and assist with menu selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and precision Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling additional items like cocktails or wine Maintain knowledge of wine pairings, spirits, cocktail recipes, and food safety protocols to provide expert recommendations Clear tables promptly, bus stations as needed, and ensure the dining area remains clean and organized throughout service Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food preparation and address guest requests promptly Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or bars Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and handle diverse needs professionally Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service periods Knowledge of beverage service including spirits, wine, cocktails, and drink presentation techniques Ability to process cash transactions accurately while upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities Food safety certification and understanding of sanitation standards to ensure guest health and well-being Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels memorable experiences!
