Duties Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and assist with seating arrangements to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling, credit card processing, and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Ensure food safety and sanitation protocols are followed during food handling and service Support bartending activities by preparing cocktails, spirits service, wine pouring, and beverage presentation with knowledge of drink recipes and spirits experience Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for sales processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle guest relations effectively Ability to multitask efficiently with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation and cash handling Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Familiarity with restaurant operations including serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, and food preparation tasks Join us if you're passionate about hospitality!
