As a Server at Saint Joseph of the Pines, you will play a key role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our beloved residents. Your dedication to creating a warm and friendly atmosphere will contribute to making their days brighter and more enjoyable. Responsibilities:
Serve meals to senior residents with a friendly and caring attitude, ensuring their dietary needs and preferences are met. Assist with maintaining a clean and organized dining area, ensuring a pleasant environment for residents and their guests. Engage in friendly conversations with residents, building meaningful connections with our senior community. Cooperate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth and efficient meal service.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or senior living environment is a plus but not mandatory. A genuine passion for working with senior citizens and providing exceptional service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented setting and adapt to changing circumstances.
